Tatacara Pendaftaran
- Berkas lamaran berisikan:

- Daftar Riwayat Hidup singkat;
- Fotokopi ijasah/STTB/STL dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir (ijazah sementara dan surat keterangan lulus tidak berlaku) serta fotokopi sertifikasi ANT/ATT bagi pelamar jabatan Juru Mudi dan Juru Motor;
- Surat Keterangan Dokter Pemerintah yang menyatakan sehat rohani dan jasmani serta tidak buta warna;
- Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian;
- Pas foto berwarna terbaru (3 bulan terakhir) ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 3 lembar;
- Fotokopi KTP/SIM yang masih berlaku;
- Surat Keterangan Pengalaman Berlayar dari perusahaan/pemberi kerja bagi jabatan Juru Mudi Tingkat I dan Juru Motor Tingkat I.
- Berkas lamaran di masukkan dalam stopmap berwarna:
- Biru untuk lulusan D-III pelayaran;
- Kuning untuk lulusan SMK Pelayaran;
- Merah untuk lulusan SMK Mesin/Listrik/Elektronika/Bangunan Kapal,
- Berkas lamaran disampaikan kepada Panitia Pusat Penyaringan/Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Golongan II di Lingkungan Departemen Keuangan Tahun Anggaran 2009 mulai tanggal 18 Juli 2009 sampai dengan tanggal 7 Agustus 2009 (cap pos) melalui P.O. BOX 1001 Jakarta 10000
- Pada pojok kiri atas amplop dituliskan tempat lokasi pelaksanaan ujian yang diinginkan dan kode KP yang dipilih Lokasi ujian yang sudah dipilih tidak diperkenankan diganti selama peserta mengikuti tahapan tes. Contoh : Jakarta / 1 (Lokasi Ujian / Kode Kualifikasi)
