We are currently recruiting for a prestigious HVAC company in Indonesia (PMA Company) which provides innovatice indoor comfort systems and cooling systems for the facilities featuring ice storage and textile ducting to refrigeration systems and filtration solutions, from elevators, escalators and moving walkways to building controls and variable speed drives right up to complete technical services including project and facility management.
Senior Sales Manager
- Setting strategies and policies to achieve agreed sales volume.
- Development of future sales plans and incentive schemes.
- Control of the field (competitors, customers, distribution networking, opinion leaders or key persons)
- Liaisons with distributor branches (monitoring stocks).
- May involve and coordinate in product manager’s activities to ensure the well implementation of product strategy by his subordinate.
- To constantly up-grade your knowledge of products, market intelligence, skills of leadership, strategic direction, salesman ship and ability to convince.
- To be prepare to undertake travel and special assignment whenever necessary.
- Update all sales related data requested by management.
- Regular coordination meeting with supervisors and distributors.
- S1 Degree From Any Discipline
- 7 - 10 Years Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies and HVAC product knowledge (highly desirable)
- Having Market Knowledge
- Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
- Solid career hierarchy
- Possess strong Analytical skills;
- Making Trade Plans to increase sales volume
- Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, Steady promotion within the organization hierarchical structure, Strong in-depth knowledge coming from modern retail experience, and Project management experience/policy making/Trade Programs implemented
- People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
- Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
- Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented)
