Mining-Manager

As a University-graduated Mining-Engineer, we expect you to have extensive experience for more than 10 years especially in coal-mining. As an Expert with at least 5 years in a Senior / Superintendent-Role you are quite familiar with all duties along the way from Mine-Planning and -Design to removing Overburden, to getting the Coal and hauling to Ports where Barges are scheduled right in time. You are aware, that coordinating small and huge teams at site needs a strong and pushing forward leadership and good People-Management in order to stay within plans and achieve best results for the company at all times.

While Mining itself provides the tasks you are familiar with and the challenges you are looking for, you are capable of taking some other duties belonging to and work closely with your Peers on a daily base that provides the chance to approve your Responsibility and your Loyality. Therefore you are not only an excellent Problem-Solver, you also will be responsible for implementing Health- and Safety-Regulations, train all the Staff reporting into your Position and show your analytical skills dealing with the financial aspects, Expenses and Budgets at site.
