HR Coordinator (Riau - Pekanbaru, Duri)
Responsibilities:
- Dengan arahan dari HR Pusat, menjaga Kinerja & produktifitas karyawan di site melalui management kinerja, administrasi karyawan, pengembangan karyawan, hubungan industrial dan hubungan masyarakat yang baik.
- Menangani General Affair seperti : perijinan dan hubungan pemerintahan
Requirements:
- Laki-laki
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris min. passive.
- Berpengalaman sebagai HR minimal 2 tahun
- Mengerti mengenai dasar-dasar HR Management & UU Tenaga Kerja.
- Berpengalaman menangani Industrial Relation & Community Relation
- Berdomisili di Riau (Pekan Baru, Duri)
