Reviews & refines budget as plans & specification are developed. Initiates and manage the bidding & award. Cost Management. Schedule Management. Quality Management. Contract Management.

Qualification:                         

• Male
• Age Max 38 y.o
• Minimal Education Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience 10 years in construction management for highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
• Specific abbilities: MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Excellent in  project management skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines
