HR Officer
(Banten - Cikande - Serang)
Requirements:
- Male / Female maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma degree majoring in any related dicipline
- At least 1 year experience in Human Resouces Management
- Honest, dynamic, energetic and assertive
- Familiarly in processing compensation and benefit
- Hands on experience in Personnel Administration
- Familiarly with HR Information System
- Well-versed with Indonesia Labor Law and other labor regulation related
- Good skill in computer is a must
- Self motivated, stong analytical person and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform mulsti task
- Excellent command both of written and spoken English
- Willing to be place in Serang - Banten
