Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in
Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 75,000 hectares
of plantation and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. The
business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building and
expanding sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on
adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational
excellence. We envision becoming a fully integrated player in the
industry value-chain to ensure long term sustenance of our business. In
line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now
seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based
in our Plantations Human Resources Manager (Base on Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit) (Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit) Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement HR policies and procedures
- Plan, coordinate and carry out training & development activities
- Establish a performance driven culture and facilitate succession planning program
- Keep
abreast of labor laws and industrial relations, liaising with
government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling
all aspects of public relations
- Review HR practices in support of business strategies
- Handle manpower planning and on time recruitment activities
- Plan and organize welfare activities within the plantation
- Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities and bridging networking with industry players
- Provide benchmark of best HR practices in the plantation industry
Requirements: - Male
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Law/Social Science/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum
5 years of managerial experience in a well-known plantation and/or
manufacturing company, preferably in a multinational environment
- Proven exposure to people development policies & practices
- Communicate
effectively within and outside the organization, and must possess
excellent proficiency in English and be computer literate
- Experience in counseling and coaching
- Strong leadership quality, self motivated and has positive attitude
- Excellent presentation skills including report writing and communication skills
- Preferred age between 30 – 35 years
- To be Located in Kalimantan
